The Plymouth Center for Behavioral Health (PCBH) is a community-based clinic providing mental health and behavioral support services throughout the South Shore and Cape Cod area of Massachusetts. PCBH focuses on outpatient mental health services. Our services include individual, couples, group, family psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology.

To make a referral at The Plymouth Center for Behavioral Health, please call our Intake Department at 508-830-0012. A knowledgeable and caring Intake Coordinator will provide you with information about PCBH programs. Intake Coordinators will also help identify insurance benefits and assist with any necessary approvals needed for services.
Outpatient care may be suggested by your primary care providers, a family member, or a friend who recognizes a change in your everyday functioning, or upon discharge from an inpatient evaluation or a medical procedure.
